ZBD 3501 – Standard hydraulic cylinders – Nominal pressure 350 bar (35 MPa)

Good to know: This STORZ hydraulic cylinder series is designed for system pressures up to 350 bar in quasi static operation.

  • Each cylinder diameter is assigned a piston rod diameter with the area ratio j=2
  • All piston rods are induction hardened and hard chrome plated
  • In the 4 most common mounting types

ZW/ZWAS 2511 – Standard hydraulic cylinders (DIN 24333) – Nominal pressure 250 bar with integrated displacement encoder

Good to know: STORZ ZW 2511 or ZWAS 2511 series hydraulic cylinders are equipped with a displacement encoder. The basic design of these hydraulic cylinders is derived from our standard ZBD 2511 series. The installation dimensions essentially correspond to ISO 6022, DIN 24333 and VW 39D921.

  • Available in 3 mounting types for a wide range of applications
  • Nominal pressure 250 bar (25 MPa)
  • Piston diameters from 40 – 250 mm (by default two rod diameters assigned per piston diameter with area ratios j=1.6 and j=2)
  • For displacement encoders by various manufacturers
  • Selected seals and piston rod surface finishes and materials for use under a wide variety of conditions
  • Available with an affixed valve connection plate
  • Also available with a mounted proportional or servo valve
  • For valve connection plates and any proportional and servo valves to be supplied as standard with NG6 and NG10 hole patterns in accordance with ISO 4401
  • Housing of the displacement encoder protected against mechanical damage from outside by protective tube
  • Also available with MP6 swivel eye as a special version
